Hey Mama!

As a mama myself, I know all too well how easy it is to put ourselves aside when it comes to our own health and wellbeing. Even as a holistic nutritionist, I know that when you’re caring for a little one(s), plus playing a gazillion other roles in life, that signing up
for a 10 Day Nutrition Reset Program can feel daunting, to say the least!

During the program, for 10 days you’ll have full access to Toronto Yoga Mama’s holistic nutritionist, Michelle Tirmandi  to ask all of your burning nutrition and wellness questions via the community Facebook page and in person meetings. ​

Here’s How it All Works:


  • The program includes a full 10 day meal plan*, grocery list and recipe guide that will help you to eat the proper foods to help your body support its own natural detoxification processes.
 
  • Once you sign up, you’ll receive an invitation to join the optional kick off event (either online or in person). During the meeting, we will review the program, discuss the meal plan, what we are eating and avoiding (and why) and you’ll have a chance to ask your questions.
 
  • Each day during the program you’ll get an email from Michelle filled with tips, recipe ideas and a video on a specific educational topic and tips on how you can add new healthy habits into your routine.
 
  • You’ll also have full access to the community Facebook page where you can ask your questions, share your experiences and expect to feel supported my Michelle and the other members of the program.
 
  • The final day of the program we will be celebrating your success, answering questions and sharing one last discussion together. This event is optional and can be joined either in person or online!

*The meal plan is based on gluten, dairy and refined sugar free whole foods. It is mostly plant based with the option to add animal protein.
