TRACY'S BIO
Tracy Wong graduated from Centennial College for
Massage Therapy and is excited to return to Yoga mamas and work with the perinatal Community. Having lived a pretty active lifestyle growing up on the West Coast in Vancouver, her interest in wellness peaked at a young age. As a practitioner, she likes to educate and empower her patients to take an active role in their treatment goals. Whether it be a stiff neck, stress relief, or a post-surgical treatment, she is by their side every step of the way. During her treatments, she encourages her patients to focus on their breath and slow things down to connect their mind and body. Focusing on the small wins while having our eyes on the bigger picture. In her down time, she can be found on a nature trail in the fall with a hot cup of joe and a big warm scarf or strapped into a snow tube in the winter flying down the hills. Otherwise, she will be travelling and stuffing her face with all the yummy food the world has to offer. Food is fuel but also delicious! |
