Pediatric Massage
All Pediatric Massages are provided by a Registered Massage Therapist. This effective treatment uses gentle pressure to promote relaxation and overall wellness. We see children as young as two months old up until teenage years.
During the first pediatric massage your practitioner will review your child's health history, goals and treatment options before treatment begins. Goals and expectations for treatment can range from wanting a fun, new experience, to relieving tension or scar tissue restrictions from a particular condition. At the end of treatment, you will receive a treatment plan and self-care instructions that you can do with your child at home so the effects can last longer. |
Our 30 minute infant massage appointments are 40 minutes long, allowing for extra time for questions.

Infant Massage
Infant massage is an immediate and effective way to develop a loving attachment with your baby, and help them with their growth through every major postural-motor milestone. Touch is their first form of communication - when massaging you are speaking, and listening to your child, in a whole new way. Physical Benefits of Infant Massage for Baby
• Promote longer and deeper sleeping patterns • Relieve symptoms of "colic" or gassy periods • Relieve constipation • Stimulate their circulation, breathing and digestive rhythms • Improve your baby’s muscular coordination and flexibility • Helps with intrauterine and birth trauma Emotional Benefits of Infant Massage for Baby
• Reduces cortisol (stress hormone) and stimulates the release of endorphins and oxytocin (which subdues feelings of pain/discomfort, and increases the feeling of wellbeing) • Can ease some tension with separation anxiety and weaning |
Kids Massage
Kids massage, provided by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), involves gentle techniques tailored specifically for children. This form of massage therapy focuses on promoting relaxation, relieving muscle tension, and enhancing overall well-being in young individuals. Benefits for children:
