Jessica is a First Aid and CPR Trainer, bringing over a decade of experience in emergency response and a passion for family wellness. After earning her undergraduate degree in the Child and Youth Care Program at Humber College in 2019, Jessica honed her skills as a lifeguard and swim instructor with the City of Toronto, where she became proficient in managing emergency situations.
Today, Jessica specializes in leading Infant CPR & Choking Workshops where she empowers parents and caregivers with the crucial skills needed to handle first-aid situations confidently and effectively. Her extensive background in emergency training makes her a trusted resource for parents seeking to ensure their children’s safety. Jessica's expertise extends beyond first aid—having also completed her schooling at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and Oh Baby School of Nutrition. She is a soon-to-be mother with a deep commitment to family wellness, integrating her knowledge of holistic nutrition to support overall family health. Credentials:

With over six years of experience working with the City of Toronto as a Swim Instructor and Aquatic In-Charge, Nicole has developed her ability to manage emergency situations and has trained numerous lifeguards and swim instructors to do the same. She is currently in her fourth year of psychology studies at the University of Toronto, where her academic journey has deepened her understanding of child development, well-being, mindfulness, and effective teaching strategies.
Nicole continues to train aspiring lifeguards and specializes in leading Infant CPR & Choking Workshops. Her passion lies in equipping caregivers with the knowledge and skills to respond effectively in emergency first aid situations.
