Our Infant CPR Training, is designed specifically for parents, grandparents, babysitters, and caregivers who want to be prepared for emergencies involving the little ones in their care. Whether you’re expecting, a new parent, or need a refresher, this comprehensive and practical training will give you the confidence and skills to act effectively when it matters most.

What You’ll Learn
In this informative session, led by Certified CPR Instructor, Jessica Price, you’ll learn:
  • Infant & Child Choking: Learn how to effectively clear airway obstructions in babies and children.
  • Infant & Child CPR: Gain hands-on experience in performing CPR on infants and children, ensuring you’re prepared for the worst-case scenarios.
  • Emergency Response: Understand when to call 911 and what critical actions to take while waiting for EMS.

​Because this is an information-rich class, we ask that you secure childcare outside of our studio for this course. We cannot accommodate babies in this class. Please read our FAQ section below for more information.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I bring my baby to the course with me?
Infant CPR and First Aid covers a lot of important information, in a short period of time. This class gives you the opportunity to practice as you learn, which will in turn help to build your confidence. Because this is an information-rich class, we respectfully ask that you secure childcare outside of our studio for this course. Having baby present may be a distraction from fully participating in this course, and may be a distraction to our other participants. For this reason we cannot accommodate babies in this class. We thank you for your understanding.

How do I register my friends and family for this course?​
When on the "Make a Reservation" screen, select "Someone Else" and enter the person's name you are registering for. If you need assistance with registering for others please email us at [email protected] with the names of the people you'd like to register.
What is the minimum age requirement for this course?​
14 years old.
 Is this a level C CPR course?​
The CPR training is not taught to a CPR level C because there is no adult component to this course.
Is there a break during the course?​
Yes there is a 15 min break about halfway through the course.

Your Instructors
Nicole Siudek 

With over six years of experience working with the City of Toronto as a Swim Instructor and Aquatic In-Charge, Nicole has developed her ability to manage emergency situations and has trained numerous lifeguards and swim instructors to do the same. She is currently in her fourth year of psychology studies at the University of Toronto, where her academic journey has deepened her understanding of child development, well-being, mindfulness, and effective teaching strategies.

Nicole continues to train aspiring lifeguards and specializes in leading Infant CPR & Choking Workshops. Her passion lies in equipping caregivers with the knowledge and skills to respond effectively in emergency first aid situations. Drawing on her extensive experience teaching first aid, Nicole has become a trusted resource for parents and families committed to ensuring the safety of their children.

Jessica Price - currently on maternity leave

Jessica is a First Aid and CPR Trainer, bringing over a decade of experience in emergency response and a passion for family wellness. After earning her undergraduate degree in the Child and Youth Care Program at Humber College in 2019, Jessica honed her skills as a lifeguard and swim instructor with the City of Toronto, where she became proficient in managing emergency situations.

Today, Jessica specializes in leading Infant CPR & Choking Workshops where she empowers parents and caregivers with the crucial skills needed to handle first-aid situations confidently and effectively. Her extensive background in emergency training makes her a trusted resource for parents seeking to ensure their children’s safety.

Jessica's expertise extends beyond first aid—having also completed her schooling at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and Oh Baby School of Nutrition. She is a soon-to-be mother with a deep commitment to family wellness, integrating her knowledge of holistic nutrition to support overall family health.
