What if I am sensitive to light or am taking medication?
If you have a condition with photosensitivity or are on medications that make you photosensitive please avoid red light therapy and consult with your healthcare provider.

Can I do red light therapy while pregnant?
Some pregnancy symptoms such as depression, fatigue, acne, pain and discomfort are known to be treated with Red Light Therapy. While research on RLT during pregnancy is ongoing and shows promising benefits, researchers advise against applying light directly to the baby bump. Consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new therapy, including red light therapy.​
What is the minimum age?
Currently we do not offer this service to anyone under the age of 18 years old.
can i bring my baby to my appointment?
 Children are not permitted in the red light therapy rooms.
is there any down time?
There is no down time after receiving this healing treatment.
what do I wear during the TREATMENT?
Red Light Therapy requires direct exposure to the skin for effective treatment and does not penetrate clothing. Rest assured, you'll have complete privacy in the treatment room and can target any areas of exposed skin during your session.
DO YOUR OFFER DROP-INS?
Yes, drop-in sessions are $20 each. Combine your LED light therapy session with a fitness class or wellness appointment and save $10.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A light therapy appointment cancelled less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to start, will be considered a late cancellation and a $15 fee will be incurred. For clients on a monthly subscription plan, one treatment will be deducted from your monthly allotment instead of the $15 fee. We hold this policy in high regard to ensure others have the opportunity to enjoy this service.
