The goal of the treatment is to improve range of motion, mobility, and decrease pain and discomfort. This treatment uses various techniques such as post-isometric relaxation, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, neural flossing, and more to help you relax and improve your flexibility.
Fascial Stretch Therapy can help mamas relax, decrease stiffness throughout the body, and can help with specific ailments such as sciatica, low back pain, and upper cross syndrome from breastfeeding.
