Join us for a nurturing and relaxing experience led by Yoga Mamas' Registered Massage Therapist, Sandra Pasquali, and Sound Healer, Julie Cook, this event offers harmony for your heart, mind, and soul.
During this evening, you will have the opportunity to set your intentions, followed by guided meditation accompanied by soothing sounds. Additionally, a soothing head massage will be included to enhance your relaxation. Whether you are in the prenatal or postnatal stage of life, or simply seeking inner balance, everyone is welcome to join us on this transformative path toward tranquility.
