Dr. Hannah Lemke, Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Lemke bridges the gap between conventional and traditional medicines to support women through their pregnancy, right from optimizing conception all the way into the postnatal period. She uses a combination of comprehensive testing, bioidentical hormones, herbal supplements, vitamins, acupuncture, diet, and lifestyle plans to optimize women’s health as they transition through each phase of pregnancy, including all the highs, lows, and symptoms that come with each trimester. Dr. Lemke is able to tease out the best available evidence for therapies in pregnancy, while at the same time, value the connection of mind, body, and spirit of each of her patients.
Aside from practicing naturopathic medicine, Dr. Lemke is also a trained yoga teacher and will be growing her own family by one in late summer 2021. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree at Queen’s University in 2011 and her Master of Science degree at McGill University in 2013. In 2018, she graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and is currently licensed as a board-certified, registered Naturopathic Doctor in the province of Ontario. She has obtained her prescribing license to allow her to prescribe pharmaceutical-grade hormones as well as high-dose injectable vitamins.
When not in the clinic with patients, Dr. Lemke can be found on her mat, exploring nature, or swimming in any large body of water. She also enjoys taking ballet class, playing the piano, and tasting new restaurants across the city.
