All About Virtual Doula Care
In response to new COVID-19 hospital policies, we have added virtual birth and postpartum doula services to continue providing professional support to families throughout pregnancy and postpartum. While your doula may not be able to provide in person support, much of doula support remains unchanged and there are so many benefits that come with virtual doula support.

Toronto Doula Testimonials
Although we would have loved to meet Adrienne in-person, virtual doula support is something we would consider even if restrictions change in the future. A once-in-a-lifetime experience such as the birth of one's child is only enhanced by a supportive doula to help promote a holistic and positive journey. Virtual doula support is just one of many ways we can use technology to help better access health and wellness resources and we greatly enjoyed working with Adrienne throughout the process! ~ Joanna & pat
Dina was instrumental in making me as comfortable as possible in what ended up being a long and extremely intense labour, without any pain relief medications. I can't imagine how I could have managed without her support, and guidance throughout the labour. She is really well experienced and offered me excellent suggestions and guidance in preparation for labour/delivery, during labour and postpartum. She really takes the time to understand you and your needs and is there as a voice and resource to help through one of the most stressful and intense moments of your life! I couldn't speak highly enough of her. ~ Melita
I really enjoyed my experience with Marj both as a doula and as a yoga teacher. She was so helpful with all of the physical needs around the baby and the house, and also allowed me to spend time with my older daughter by caring for the baby. She provided emotional support, as well as educational support and ideas for how to cope with the addition to our family, nursing, doing research on daycares for my daughter, I felt that I recovered much quicker and felt more well balanced with this birth as opposed to the birth of my first daughter because I had more support in the postpartum period. ~ Amy
The Yoga Mommas studio was not only a great prenatal experience, but also a wonderful postpartum resource. They had a postpartum doula package that fit out needs as new parents. Our doula helped us make the transition to new parents by allowing us to focus on our new addition while having a friend dedicated to helping us and answering our questions.
I had a postpartum doula. My mom wasn’t able to help out as much as we had thought. Needless to say I was emotional.....What I loved was the emotional support, no question was too dumb and she made me feel like I was normal (I completely underestimated how hard the first few weeks would be). I had no idea what to expect or even how to ask for help, what I loved was Maria gave me suggestions and was never pushy. Also she provided a lot of encouragement- which helped my confidence so much as a first time mom.
