Yoga Mamas has partnered with registered reflexology therapist Janet Williams to create a beautiful 4 week workshop where new mamas can bond with baby through touch.  Reflexology  an effective and beneficial wellness treatment you can use to give your baby (and yourself) some relief.

About The Course Instructor

Janet is a registered reflexology therapist, being trained and certified in the UK, and has been practicing and teaching Reflexology Therapy for over twenty years.

In that time she has worked with neo-natal babies, toddlers, teenagers, adults and in palliative care. She brings a wealth of experience to the classes and the many benefits of reflexology. She is passionate about the gentle nature of Reflexology therapy and how the simplicity of touch between mom and baby can be so rewarding.
