Toronto Yoga Mamas hosts their popular Prepare to Push workshop, this Wednesday, October 5th, 2016 - from 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
This program features education, and exercise, to help you prepare for a better birth and recovery. It is designed to inform, and empower, women with an honest look at how pregnancy, how birth changes the body, and how women can best support their body through these change. Topics include:
Prepare To Push is a mind-body approach to pregnancy, birth, and postpartum healing. Women will learn about their bodies in a whole new light with information that is too often overlooked in typical prenatal education when it should be foundational knowledge even before conception.
