Pregnancy Immune Boosting Smoothie Recipe
1/2 cup Pureed Pumpkin
½ Banana (frozen)
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1/8 tsp Cinnamon
3/4 tsp Ginger
1 1/2 tsps Ground Flax Seed
1/3 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Navel Orange (peeled and sectioned)
1 1/2 tsps Maple Syrup
½ tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
Instructions: Place all ingredients into your blender and blend very well until creamy. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
