Why Did You Become A Registered Massage Therapist?
I became a Massage Therapist because of my interest in anatomy and movement. I knew I wanted to do some sort of therapy because of how much it had helped me and my body in the past.
What Do You Love The Most About Your Work?
I love working with mamas to decrease their pain and help to relieve their stress. Just making them feel better in general is a huge reward. I've been doing this for over 3 years now and my passion for this practice hasn't changed.
If You Weren't A Massage Therapist, What Would You Be?
If I wasn’t a massage therapist I would still be some sort of therapist, maybe an osteopath or chiropractor.
What Message Do You Hope Clients Will Take Away From Their Time Spent With You?
Make the time for self care. It’s so so important especially in our busy lives.
What's The Biggest Misconception About Massage Therapy?
The biggest misconception about massage is that it’s only for relaxation. Massage has so many benefits for muscle and joint health, injury prevention and rehab, pain management. Literally a million benefits I could go on and on.
What's Your Number One Tip for Mamas And Mamas To Be?
Take care of yourself, mind and body. Make the time. It will make you better for your baby.

My personal health philosophy is life is all about balance. You need to find your balance to live a healthy life.
