Your little ones live in a busy world. School and extra curricular activities along with some screen time can often leave kids feeling stressed.
Yoga is a great way to help your little ones relax.
1. Tree Pose
This balancing pose is great for all ages and is often one of Dr. Aliya's favourites for super young yogis. We can guide our kids to imagine they're a giant oak tree with roots growing out of the bottoms of their feet.
Guide them: "Can you stand super tall and touch the sky?"
"Can you stay in the same position for 100 years?"
