FIRST TRIMESTER
▢ Your Care Team: Research your antenatal care options Will you be partnering with an OB or a midwife? If you're heart is set on a midwife but they are all full, put your name on a wait list. Spots are always opening up and you can always transfer care during your pregnancy.
▢ What To Eat: Find out what foods you should avoid - and what foods you should include Prenatal nutrition is essential for maintaining a healthy pregnancy. ▢ Community: Begin to build your village Community is vital in pregnancy, and especially postpartum. Start to build it now by joining our Prenatal Circles and connecting with your local "when are you due' Facebook group.

▢ Feel well: Treat morning sickness naturally Acupuncture care is ideal to begin in the first trimester and continue throughout your pregnancy. THIRD TRIMESTER
