Are you wondering “What does all that mean?” Well, it means that I offer a variety of holistic services to support your health and wellness such as; nutrition counselling sessions, meal planning, postpartum Doula services, birth education classes and wellness workshops. Because I have an extensive background, my natural focus as a Holistic Nutritionist tends to be on reproductive and postpartum health. |
