It provided actual yoga sessions with mamas and babies so it's not just textbook learning.
The place is wonderful and the refreshments are an added bonus The individual photoshoot is one of a kind but adds an extra oomph to the service for sure. The people are nice and customer service is excellent The invited speakers are professionals and valuable to the course." ~ Aileen Baylon |
"I am a graduate from the Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training in June 2017. I thought the course provided me with comprehensive knowledge to know what postures are beneficial for new moms. The training enabled me to become more aware of how the body changes physically through the sessions we had with Dr. Aliya Visram and Lamiya Zaidi. I found their sessions so informative!
I appreciated that we were able to practice and deliver a class routine which allowed me to become more comfortable with instructing a class. I really enjoyed the training. It was well- planned, carefully incorporating many aspects from meeting moms who participate in yoga classes at the studio to teaching a collaborative class. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this training to anyone looking to gain experience in Postnatal Yoga!" ~ Incia Zaffar |
