“I am feeling inspired and uplifted after a beautiful weekend with Yoga Mamas Online Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training. I was amazed at the meaningful connections we were able to make through the online experience.
The weekend was a nice balance of informative sessions and practical teaching experience. The online platform was clear and concise yet multifaceted. I love that, through the online platform, the Yoga Mamas Team has offered opportunities for learning, coaching, and support, even after the 25 Hour Training. Thank you Jamie, Jane, and Janet. I am looking forward to continuing my practice and education with Yoga Mamas." ~ Devon - May 2020 Online Prenatal YTT Graduate

"Incredibly grateful to YogaMammas TO for switching gears due to the current pandemic and hosting our Prenatal YTT virtually! It was a wonderful from start to finish. The material was professionally put together, structured, and presented beautifully. You can tell the team at YogaMammas TO pours their heart into their work and has a genuine care for their students. Looking forward to bringing Prenatal yoga into my teaching practice." ~ Lara Watson, Online Prenatal YTT Graduate May 2020.
It provided actual yoga sessions with mamas and babies so it's not just textbook learning. The place is wonderful and the refreshments are an added bonus. The individual photoshoot is one of a kind but adds an extra oomph to the service for sure. The people are nice and customer service is excellent The invited speakers are professionals and valuable to the course." ~ Aileen Baylon |
"I am a graduate from the Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training in June 2017. I thought the course provided me with comprehensive knowledge to know what postures are beneficial for new moms. The training enabled me to become more aware of how the body changes physically through the sessions we had with Dr. Aliya Visram and Lamiya Zaidi. I found their sessions so informative!
I appreciated that we were able to practice and deliver a class routine which allowed me to become more comfortable with instructing a class. I really enjoyed the training. It was well- planned, carefully incorporating many aspects from meeting moms who participate in yoga classes at the studio to teaching a collaborative class. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this training to anyone looking to gain experience in Postnatal Yoga!" ~ Incia Zaffar |
