Online Support Circles
These paid virtual sessions have a capacity of 8 mamas that will integrate psychoeducation, with participants contributing through live video and conversation. The intention behind these smaller events is to create a more intimate space to allow connection between mamas. Each mama will have an opportunity to speak and share, if they choose.
Come join us online with a cup of warm tea and soothing guided conversation with psychotherapist and mama, Lisha Cash, as we explore emotions along the journey in motherhood, which may be amplified during difficult circumstances.
