Acupuncture
Together, you may decide that acupuncture will be a good adjunctive therapy to include in your treatment plan. Acupuncture is most effective if done regularly and consistently. Therefore, when including acupuncture as part of your plan, it is best to do a treatment once per week for 6-10 weeks. Your Treatment Plan We believe that simple changes can result in amazing health outcomes. Your Naturopathic Doctor will often look at diet and lifestyle first, as these two things are the foundations for our health. Making changes to your diet and lifestyle are cost-effective and profound. However, they may also recommend nutritional or herbal supplements and acupuncture to help correct for any deficiencies, combat any underlying infections, or to “reset” processes in the body that may not be running as smoothly as they should. They use supplements strategically, meaning you won't leave with a laundry list of things to take. We do not believe that there are any “magic pills” or single “super foods” that can cure all that may ail us in a sustainable way, but we do believe in the power of making a daily commitment to making healthy choices. |
