Hi and welcome! So great to meet you, my name is Adrienne and I am a Holistic Nutritionist, Doula and Birth Educator. That’s a lot of jobs right? Are you wondering “What does all that mean?”
Well, it means that I offer a variety of holistic services to support your health and wellness such as; nutrition counselling sessions, meal planning, postpartum Doula services, birth education classes and wellness workshops.
Because I have an extensive background, my natural focus as a Holistic Nutritionist tends to be on reproductive and postpartum health. MY BACKGROUND I have worked with pregnant people and families in varying roles for many, many years. I started as a Counselor within a non-profit agency working with at-risk pregnant and parenting young women. From my incredibly fulfilling work there, I learned the importance of prenatal and postpartum health care and support, especially for those who are vulnerable. That job led me on my journey to train as a Doula, Birth Educator and later on as a Holistic Nutritionist. I try to bring that energy, compassion and commitment to my clients into my current practice. MY PHILOSOPHY When we work together it is in a 100% JUDGEMENT FREE zone. I am truly committed to supporting your choices and want our time together to be as enjoyable as humanly possible!

Adrienne is a Holistic Nutritionist, Doula and Birth Educator based in Toronto. She is a First Class Honours graduate of the Institute of Holistic Nutrition (2016), trained by DONA (2011) and CAPPA (2012) and holds a BA in Sociology from Carleton University (2008).
