Bring your baby in for a pilates class! A fun and challenging postnatal pilates class designed to reconnect you with your core. We'll address issues specific to postnatal moms while building strength, toning muscles, improving posture and flexibility.
This mat-based class uses bands for added strength and conditioning and is a safe and effective workout. Suitable for all moms, 6 weeks postnatal. Babies under crawling welcome.
Crawlers Pilates
This is the perfect yoga class for movers and shakers who are too active for our pilates babies classes. Babies from crawling to 2 years old are welcome. Please note babies under crawlers are not permitted.

Sandra Brunner Sandra Brunneris a pilates instructor with a warm, inviting manner and a keen sense of humour. STOTT certified since 2002, Sandra has worked with clients from the ages of 20-92! Recognizing how important connecting and engaging the core muscles of the body is, Sandra has always worked hard with her clients to make sure they "get it" and keep it! When not teaching, you can find Sandra at the Leslieville farmers market (in season), reading, traveling, connecting with friends in person or on twitter (@wallabina). Samantha Clayton Samantha Clayton is a fitness professional certified through The Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) with over 15 years in the field. Samantha completed her training in "The Original Method" or Classical Pilates, in upstate New York. Although the extent of her private teaching is therapeutic in nature, her group classes are popular with those seeking condition-based results. Ms. Clayton is both a Barre and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Instructor.
