A fun and challenging postnatal pilates class designed to reconnect you with your core. We'll address issues specific to postnatal moms while building strength, toning muscles, improving posture and flexibility.
This mat-based class uses bands for added strength and conditioning and is a safe and effective workout. Suitable for all moms, 6 weeks postnatal.
