This interactive online baby sleep seminar is designed for expecting parents, and new parents with babies 0-4 months old.  This class can be taken in advance of the arrival of your baby, to help prepare you for their first months.

  • The key ingredients for a happy, healthy, sleep environment
  • Working with your baby’s natural sleep-wake rhythms to find your groove, day and night

This interactive online baby sleep seminar is designed for new parents with babies 4 months – 12 months. 

We will explore:
  • How your baby’s sleep continues to transform at 4 months and up
  • The evolution of naps and finding your groove with baby’s daytime sleep
  • Mastering your baby’s wakeful windows and sleepy cues
  • Making smooth transitions (motion to stationary; bed to crib; arms to bed)
  • Tips for sweet routines and optimum bed-timing as your baby grows
