  • One Initial Naturopathic Doctor Treatment
Have all of your maternal questions answered. What prenatal vitamins should you take, what vitamins might you be deficient in postpartum? What should you eat / what shouldn't you eat? What are natural ways to help with morning sickness and more.
  • One Initial Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy or General Physiotherapy Treatment
This appointment is with one of our physiotherapists focused on women's health. You may choose to use this appointment to treat any physical discomfort you are experiencing, or to focus on your pelvic floor health. You may choose to focus on preparing your pelvic floor for delivery of your baby, or rehabilitating it postpartum. You may also choose to learn how to move about safely during your pregnancy and postpartum to limit diastasis recti.
  • One 60 Minute Registered Massage
Calm stress, increase your energy and relieve discomfort. Massage enhances comfort by improving your circulation, alleviating pressure on your joints, reduce swelling in your legs and relieving lower back pain.
  • One Initial Acupuncture Treatment
Relieve headaches, nausea and other pregnancy ailments naturally with acupuncture. In the final weeks of your pregnancy, acupuncture can help prepare your body for labour and delivery helping to reduce the need for potential medical induction, intervention and caesarean. Chiropractic care later on in pregnancy can also help to turn breach babies and also create space for all babies to turn into an ideal birthing position. Seeing a chiropractic doctor postpartum will help you learn how to regain strength safely and assist with alleviating common postpartum conditions such as mother's wrist.

Congratulations on making your wellness and health a priority! Your next step is to begin booking your wellness appointments here. When you arrive our front desk team will greet you, process your appointment using the information from your bundle already on your account and provide you with an itemized receipt for your service.

I have extended health benefits, what receipt do I submit for reimbursement?
You will receive a registered receipt after each treatment of the full amount for that treatment to submit for benefits reimbursement

How long do I have to use the wellness treatments?  
There is no expiry on these treatments so they can be used at any time.

When do I have to use the online movement classes by and what classes can I use them for? 
There is a 12 month expiry on the online movement class passes from the date of purchase. They can be used for any online movement class on our regular schedule.
