Catherine Wright, certified sleep consultant and owner of Motherhand and Supportive Sleep Coaching, will be here to answer your questions, and offer some insight into the ecology and development of infant sleep, helping your baby 'surf the sleepy wave' by reading sleep cues and understanding wake windows, and creating a healthy sleep environment for your family. Catherine's integrative approach embraces all the different ways we parents our babies and children - to sleep. |
