Yoga Mamas is pleased to offer the city’s first and only wellness service dedicated to the total rest and renewal of women on their motherhood journeys.

Whether you’re undergoing fertility treatments, expecting, caring for a new baby or raising a family, our customized Dream Sessions are designed to relax your body, quiet your mind, replenish your energy and renew your spirit.

Let us welcome you into pure relaxation

We invite you to rest or drift off in our beautiful candlelit treatment rooms, curated to calm all of your senses. Nourish your soul and refill your cup in soothing solitude as you listen to calming music, follow a guided meditation or renew in pure silence. We are here to care for you.

Your Safety Comes First

We are taking immense care to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety for both our staff and patients.

  • In addition to the screening measures in place, personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided for all staff and clients.
  • Our rooms and surfaces are cleaned and sanitized with government approved disinfectants between each use.
  • Headsets and iPads are sanitized with government approved disinfectants​ between each use.
  • HEALTH CANADA AUTHORIZED hand sanitizer is widely available throughout the clinic including at the front entrance, the front desk and each wellness room.

Our wish is that you will float out of your Dream Session feeling restored, with reduced stress and anxiety, and a lighter spirit.

What to expect during your customized Dream Session

Our client care team will greet you, and lead you into your candlelit treatment room. Here you will be offered a selection of essential oils to be diffused during your treatment, and various pillows and supports to achieve ultimate comfort. Soft sheets and the coziest blankets will be prepared for you to relax under.

Once you feel fully supported, noise-cancelling headphones will be provided to softly play your choice of calming music or soundscapes, a beautifully-guided meditation or to ensure pure silence. 

The space is then yours to enjoy as you wish. 

After your session is completed you will be brought a cup of warm tea and a clementine to enjoy, allowing you time to slowly transition back into our wellness lounge.
