FRIDAY May 19, 2017 6:00pm-9:00pm
• Please eat dinner before coming to class • Come in clothes ready to move in! We suggest dressing in layers as temperatures may shift • Arrive on time- we will get started promptly at 6:00pm • We ask that you DO NOT come super early- come as close to 6pm as you can as we will be setting up prior. • You do not need to bring your (2) required reading books with you to class SATURDAY May 20, 2017 9:00am-6:00pm
• Yoga practice will begin at 9:00am sharp • Bring your journals/ manuals- or something you have been taking any observation notes in • Lunch break will be on your own 12:00pm - 1:15pm. SUNDAY May 21, 2017 9:00am-6:00pm
• Arrive ready for yoga practice at 9:00am. • Lunch break will be from 1:00pm - 2:00pm. MONDAY May 22, 2017 8:00am-2:00pm • You will have TWO yoga practices today- manage your energy! The second practice will be after the lunch break. • First yoga practice is at 8:00am-9:00am • feel free to bring a snack for yourself if you like to eat a little after yoga • Lunch break will most likely be a “working lunch” from 11:00am-11:30am. |

There are 2 assigned reading books. Please have these read and reviewed BEFORE the training weekend starts. If you need an extension, please let Stacy know - there will be a deadline for accepting these reviews.

It can be on anything you want... but mostly, “what did you learn and get out of each book?” It does not have to be fancy or a novel- simply your thoughts on each book. If possible, please email us your review BEFORE the training weekend begins. You will not receive your Certificate of Completion until these 2 book reviews are turned in.
