Testimonials
"I recently completed the DONA birth doula training with Stephanie Antunes at Toronto Yoga Mamas. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of education I received from the training. Stephanie is extremely knowledgeable and capable at relaying her wealth of information with her students. The course is condensed with valuable information for anyone who is interested in the miracle of childbirth. I feel confident and inspired to continue my path of supporting women through their birth journeys!"

"A few years ago I felt a calling to support women and families in birth. I was lucky enough to attend a rare and wonderful joint training with Stefanie Antunes and Mélissa Cowl. The confidence and energy I took away from that workshop has enabled me to start my own business and successfully support my family doing something I love. It has been one of the greatest challenges I have ever faced, but Stef has made it much easier. Stefanie is such a wealth of knowledge and insight. She has been an amazing support through my journey and is always available for advice or questions. Stefanie embodies the spirit, love and soul of an doula along with the dedication and business savvy of a leading entrepreneur. I highly recommend Stefanie's training if you are considering joining the doula family."

I took my training with Stefanie in 2011 and since then have welcomed 20+ babies into this world :) I love being a doula and Stefanie's training workshop set me out on the path that I'm on now. When I did my training I decided to attend Stefanie's particular workshop because of the doula business she had built for herself at Discover Birth. I had the choice of attending workshops led by other trainers that were much closer to me... but I was embarking on a new career path and wanted to learn from someone who had experience creating a successful livliehood out of something so special. I am very happy I made that choice, and I am ecstatic that Stefanie will be offering her training workshops in Toronto with our studio creating opportunities for other women looking to embark on new paths."
