Adrienne Côté, Childbirth Educator and Doula
Adrienne is a Birth & Postpartum Doula and Childbirth Educator. After working for 5 years as a counselor at a not-for-profit with young mothers, Adrienne became immersed in working with these new moms. A lot of time was spent helping them learn about the labour process, newborn care and child attachment while balancing their own personal struggles. Adrienne credits her experience with these amazing young women as the inspiration behind her becoming trained as a Doula and CBE.
Her goal is to ensure all parents have the benefit of knowledge and support during a truly life changing event. With a Social Work background, Adrienne combines her empathic and straightforward manner in delivering a warm, open and caring learning environment.
She is passionate about supporting families in becoming empowered so they are able to have the best birth and parenting experiences possible. Adrienne lives in the Beach and spends a lot of time with her dear friends and their gaggle of children.
