You're at home with baby and the aches and pains are starting to settle in. Sore wrists, tight shoulders, achey neck and back....you want to stretch and move but are unsure of what you can and cannot do in those early weeks.

This online and on demand series is designed for you beautiful mama.

​Allow us to be your guide through the first 6 weeks with easy, gentle and safe movements designed specifically for your postpartum body. This series is led by Jane Danielson, experienced yoga teacher and mama to two beautiful girls.

Here Is How It Works

Each week is a module that offers a 20-30 minute healing and nourishing guided yoga video created specifically for that period postpartum. You can begin these videos at any week that feels right for you. This whole series is entirely go-at-your-own-pace! These videos build on each other progressing from grounding and stretching, to gently flowing and strengthening.

Week 1: Grounding

Video length: 22 Minutes

Focusing on bringing awareness to the core and pelvis with breath. Education on common postnatal aches and pains with gentle seated and reclined stretches to relieve these early discomforts.

Week 2: Stretching

Video length: 30 Minutes

Focusing on the core breath and creating space in the body relieving common postnatal aches. Moving from seated to hands and knees stretches with appropriate strengthening to begin to rebalance and align your amazing postnatal body.

Week 3: Moving

Video length: 20 Minutes

Moving into gentle standing poses from the floor with more gentle stretch and strength to bring you slowly back into a movement practice.​

Week 4: Flowing

Video length: 25 Minutes
​

Building on the first three weeks in the series, we continue to focus on core breath, with gentle stretch and strength with more flowing movement throughout the practice.

Week 5: Strengthening

Video length: 25 Minutes

In week five we bring in more standing poses as we rebuild muscle and celebrate our strength as new mamas. We finish off this practice with some well-deserved hip stretches.

Week 6: Energizing

Video length: 23 Minutes

​In this final week of the series, we enjoy more flowing movement, working from the strong foundation of the core breath and strength we’ve built.​

​Do I need to follow week by week or can I go at my own pace? 
​This whole series is entirely go-at-your-own-pace! Every mama is on their own journey. 
​How long do I have access to the course?
​We want you to take your time, to move and move again as many times as you want and need. You can take 6 weeks or 6 months! You have access to this series for 2 years from the date of purchase.
are the classes live or pre-recorded?
All of the fitness videos have been recorded in our digital studio and are available for you to watch online, on demand on your own schedule.
I had a cesarean delivery, is this series for me too?
Yes mama! This is series has been created for everyone with additional considerations and modifications addressed in each video. 
What props or equipment do I need?
A yoga mat, blanket or towel to offer support, a bolster or firm pillow.
