Tots Yoga is open to little ones 18 months to children 4 years of age.
The class is very upbeat, informal and lively.
The themed yoga classes are fun and playful, and techniques learned in class can be applied every day.
Caregivers (moms, dads, grandparents, etc) and their toddler will move through yoga animal postures, breathing/stretching with props, movement and stillness as well as relaxation at their own pace throughout the 45 minute class.
The class is led by certified Kids Yoga Instructor, Sacha Bryce.
