"The Yoga Mommas studio was not only a great prenatal experience, but also a wonderful postpartum resource. They had a postpartum doula package that fit out needs as new parents. Our doula helped us make the transition to new parents by allowing us to focus on our new addition while having a friend dedicated to helping us and answering our questions." Bianca

Toronto Doula Testimonials
“Words can’t describe just how grateful we are to have had Adrienne as our birth and post natal doula. Her professionalism, communication skills, knowledge, and personal gentle touch was everything we could have hoped for! When I was on the fence about getting a doula, I had a friend say to me “Carla, I’ve never met someone that had a doula and said ‘Oh I really wish I didn’t have one!’ ” The moral of the story is that it’s a service that is undeniably helpful and comforting. And especially with Adrienne by our side. From our first visit all the way to the end, her service to us and our new baby has been nothing short of excellent. Thank you again Adrienne for all that you’ve done! We will never forget it!” With love – Carla, Ara & Baby Ava!
Amy was an amazing Doula. She was extremely supportive and calming presence to both my husband and I. We are not the type of people that would ask for help when dealing with stressful situation, however Amy knew exactly what we needed and was also one step ahead offering support. Amy was always available when we had any questions, and after we were discharged from the hospital and I was having issues latching, she came over instantaneously offering any help and support. And she makes one helluva cookie!!! ~ Jessica
"We found Marj to be very calm and empathetic. She gave us actionable advice that helped me cope with the stress of going through labour and delivery for the first time. Looking back, I can't imagine what it would have been like to go through that experience without her support. I would highly recommend Marj as a birth doula and for postpartum support." ~ Merline
It was truly amazing having Danielle's support and encouragement throughout my pregnancy and during birth. She is super knowledgeable and her calmness and confidence gave me the strength that I needed for my labour. Now I have a beautiful labour story to tell people- hopefully helping others see that it doesn't have to be a scary experience;) - Caitlin B.
Dina was instrumental in making me as comfortable as possible in what ended up being a long and extremely intense labour, without any pain relief medications. I can't imagine how I could have managed without her support, and guidance throughout the labour. She is really well experienced and offered me excellent suggestions and guidance in preparation for labour/delivery, during labour and postpartum. She really takes the time to understand you and your needs and is there as a voice and resource to help through one of the most stressful and intense moments of your life! I couldn't speak highly enough of her. ~ Melita
