Our prenatal classes are for all stages of pregnancy and all levels of yoga and pilates. No experience needed. We can't wait to welcome you. Each class is 60 mins. |

CLASSES FOR EVERYONE
Just for you. You and your mat. Out of the house. Reconnecting to you. Sacred time to reconnect to your breath. To create space in your body and in your mind.
Our general classes include candlelight yoga classes, power pilates classes, restorative classes, vinyasa classes and more. They are open to all levels encouraging you to focus on tuning inward and honouring you. We have different postnatal classes to choose from:

YOGA X MAMA CIRCLE CLASSES

Our Mama Circles allow you to really connect with fellow mamas and build community. Connections, business relationships and life long friendships have all grown from mamas meeting each other in our classes. Enjoy a yoga babies class and then unwind on your mat afterwards. During Mama Circle, mamas enjoy a selection of organic herbal tea and connect with other mamas. Occasionally a guest speaker will attend the beginning of Mama Circle to talk about postpartum health topics. This class appropriate for all levels of yoga. No experience needed. Each class is 120 mins (60 mins yoga followed by 60 min Mama Circle) |
