HOW TO JOIN
We have one class schedule and two ways you can join a class.
1. Pre-registered series
Register for a multi-week class series and commit to growing your movement practice and your community. Most cost effective option.
2. Drop in classes {starting March 21, 2021}
Register for drop in classes up to 72 hours in advance of class times. Space is limited. Great option for people needing a bit more flexibility in their schedule.

CLASS FEES
CLASS SCHEDULE
You can attend any of these classes as a drop in, or you can attend them as part of a pre-registered series below. Registering for a series gives you the comfort knowing you have a spot in the class every week, and is the most cost effective option. Registering for a drop in class gives you more flexibility. You can register for drop in classes up to 72 hours in advance of the class time.

PRENATAL CLASSES
Why join us for prenatal movement classes? The physical benefits are numerous however the number one reason we hear from mamas is - the simple joy of being around other pregnant mamas. The ability to share and speak about your pregnancy, especially your early pregnancy, freely with others. The reassurance. The calming effect of knowing you're not alone on this new journey. The connections.
Our prenatal classes are for all stages of pregnancy and all levels of yoga. No experience needed. We can't wait to welcome you. |

POSTNATAL CLASSES
Find your community. Join our postnatal classes. THIS is the place to come to connect with other mamas. Our studio becomes your home away from home. Your new routine. Warm, welcoming and here to support you and your new baby fully. We can't wait to practice with you. This class appropriate for all levels of yoga. No experience needed.
During Mama Circle, mamas enjoy a selection of organic herbal tea and connect with other mamas. Occasionally a guest speaker will attend the beginning of Mama Circle to talk about postpartum health topics. Please note class is not able to accommodate babies who are crawling or walking at this time {sorry!}. |

ALL YOGA & ENERGIZING FLOW YOGA CLASSES
You time. You and your mat. Out of the house.
Sacred time to reconnect to your breath. To create space in your body and in your mind. This is an all level yoga flow class that encourages you to follow your breath as the class glides through a yoga series focused on tuning inward and honouring you. Modifications offered for all levels of practice. Modifications offered for pregnancy. |

FAQs
Are you operating at full capacity?
In accordance with updated Government of Ontario guidelines, starting January 17 2022 capacity limits will be lifted for all indoor gyms. Yoga Mamas will gradually begin increasing our in-studio class capacities on this date.
Do you require proof of vaccination to attend yoga classes?
In accordance with updated Government of Ontario guidelines, starting March 1 2022 proof of vaccination will no longer be required to attend our in studio classes.
What are your safety protocols for indoor classes?
Our client and staff safety is our top priority. You can find a list of our health and safety protocols listed below as well as here.
What is your face covering / mask policy?
Wearing a surgical non-cloth mask while inside Yoga Mamas is mandatory. Temporarily taking off your surgical mask: You have the option to take off your surgical mask temporarily to engage in an athletic or fitness activity such as indoor fitness classes at Yoga Mamas.
Are your indoor fitness instructors vaccinated?
All Yoga Mamas fitness instructors have received both COVID-19 vaccinations. All of our fitness instructors have been trained specifically to lead safe prenatal and postnatal fitness classes. They are all very experienced and have been leading classes with us for years.
What is your late arrival policy?
Please arrive early enough to check in at the front desk, and to complete your digital Ministry of Health COVID screening.
We invite you to enjoy the studio space before class - it is available for you to settle in 15 minutes prior to class start time. The door to the studio will be closed 5 minutes after the start of class and we cannot accommodate late arrivals. Thank you for your understanding.
These classes and/or class times don't work for my schedule. Can you add more?
We are so excited to see and move with everyone again. We are gently asking for your patience and kindness as we slowly reopen. We appreciate that our schedule and registration set up may feel limiting to some. Please note this is what we are able to offer up in this moment. We will continue to gradually expand our offerings, as we mindfully open at a pace that allows for the most beautiful and seamless experience for all. Thank you for understanding.
What is your cancellation policy for indoor classes?
There are no refunds. Credit for the full amount of the series can be made to your account if you choose to cancel your multi-week series registration one week prior to the first class of the series starting. Thank you for understanding.
What if I can't make one of the classes in the series?
If you are unable to make one of the classes from the series we are not able to offer a credit or make-up class. Thank you for understanding.
I have a 9 Month Pass / 10 Class Card / Glow Pass on pause. Can I restart this?
These drop in class passes can be restarted and applied towards drop in classes. They are not applicable to multi-week pre-registered class series. Pease contact us and we would be happy to help you restart your pass.
What about mats?
At this time we are asking everyone to please bring your own yoga mat for indoor classes.
