We are so happy to welcome yoga instructor Adelle Leonard to the Toronto Yoga Mamas team. Adelle will be teaching Wednesday nigh'st Flow & Restore class.
Always having a passion for movement and fitness Adelle discovered her true affinity for yoga after attending her first guided class in 2007. A natural fit in her active, health-driven lifestyle, a daily asana practice became a welcomed ritual.
In 2008, her desire to deepen her practice and explore a path of discovery and self-awareness lead her to sign up for a 200 hour teacher training program. Soon after completing her training with an aspiration to inspire others and to share this new found devotion she began her new path as an instructor. Continuously striving to create fun, exciting and challenging classes for her students, she enjoys guiding individuals towards a path where they are able to fully connect their mind, body and breath. Focusing on alignment, pranayama and the surrendering of one’s mind and body to the asana are a few of the key fundamentals she finds most meaningful to her individual practice as well as when guiding her students through theirs.
