Taking A Look At Fertility, Prenatal and Postnatal Counselling at Yoga Mamas
Join us as we go live with Yoga Mamas’ founder Jamie Kalynuik and our in-studio counsellor and psychotherapist, Danielle Hulan - to celebrate Psychology Month. Jamie and Danielle will talk about how the community has responded to the addition of counselling services at Yoga Mamas.
Danielle will share some of the reasons mamas and mamas-to-be are showing up in the counselling room, as well as some of the benefits that people on their fertility, pre or postnatal journey can experience.

This event is open to all mamas-to-be looking to understand more about the following:
Learn, share and connect with mamas-to-be like you as you acknowledge some of the complicated, pleasant, or sometimes unpleasant emotions that can surface in pregnancy. This workshop will allow you to explore the full emotional and physical experience of pregnancy (the one that may not be always be captured in media).
