A night of Zen! Just you and your mat surrounded by calming music and a candlelight glow.
Relax from a hectic day and enjoy the tranquility of our candlelight hatha flow yoga class taught by yoga instructor Meg Watkins. The class will begin slowly with lots of stretching and emphasis on breath. You will work your way up to a flow building your strength, and then wind down ending on a peaceful note.
Thursdays 8:30pm with Erin Wilbur
Vinyasa by candlelight. A challenging but calming and unwinding class - perfect as you begin to close down your week.
This 60 min yoga class draws from Prana Flow teachings. It is an energetic and creative class encouraging you to embrace your breath and allow that to guide you through your yoga flow.
