Toronto Yoga Mamas is hosting an Aromatherapy Workshop for Mamas, in Toronto, at their East-end Leslieville location - taking place this Wednesday August 10th 2016 - between 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM.
The positive healing effects of using aromatherapy, and aromatherapy oils, are boundless and include: boosting energy, relieving anxiety, reducing tension, and aiding with depression. At the Aromatherapy Workshop for Mamas, at Toronto Yoga Mamas, you will learn how to blend essential aromatherapy oils that provide therapeutic benefits. You will also learn about how to make custom perfumes with essential aromatherapy oils for mamas. The main aim of this workshop is to teach you how to integrate the powerful benefits of nature’s essential oils into your everyday life – resulting in increased wellness, sense of calm, and creativity. In fact, at Toronto Yoga Mamas, we use essential oils such as: peppermint, lemongrass, lavender, and more, in our pre-and-post natal massages. Essential aromatherapy oils are a safe, and fun, way to enhance you physical and emotional health - through an olfactory experience. Knowing more about the healing capabilities of natural oils, and scents, can also help you to manage, and enhance, the current products in your bathroom cabinet.
