Have you been considering hiring a doula, but aren't sure it's the right option for you or your partner?
At Toronto Yoga Mamas, our "All About Doulas" information session is a great option for any expectant parents unsure of how to start their doula journey. These free sessions answer specific questions about what birth and postpartum doulas do, what a typical doula package includes, and explains how doulas work with partners and care providers.
At the end of the information session, parents-to-be get the opportunity to meet and talk to local doulas without feeling they need to commit towards hiring. This is a great way to not only meet doulas in Toronto, but also to discover if doula care is right for you.

Toronto Yoga Mamas has a new arrival! Introducing Ollie Jones Clothing, our newest East End Toronto neighbour. No exaggeration: all of their 100% organic cotton baby leggings and headbands are lovingly made here Toronto, on Carlaw in Leslieville. As far as locally made infant and kid clothing is concerned, you won't get more local than that.
Ollie Jones clothing is made by former Toronto designer and current mama Cheryl, tired of the lack of fashion forward options for her son. The line is comfy, on trend, and made from 100% organic cotton. You'll wish they came in adult sizes.
We are sporting their awesome baby headbands and leggings in our Shop Beautifully Boutique. Shop online here or in person at our East End studio in Toronto.
