Snack Mix Food Art Project 7+ small bowls 1 8x10 picture from a colouring book or computer print out 1 cup ‘O’ type cereal (ie.cheerios) 1 cup lentil cereal (look for Love Grown) 1 cup small cookies (ie. ShaSha heart shaped ginger snaps or animal cookies) 1 cup pretzels 1 cup popcorn or mini rice cakes 1 cup raisins or craisins 1 cup Cashews (optional) Place each ingredient in a separate bowl. Place the bowls with the ingredients in front of your child and give your child an empty bowl. Ask your child to create their own personal snack mix using the ingredients in front of them. After they’ve created their snack mix, give your child the Tulip Food Art Printable and ask them to decorate it using their snack mix! They can gobble up their food art project at the end or you can help them glue the ingredients to the paper!
