Our community has been asking for more Tots Yoga classes and we are excited to announce we have added a new weekday Tots Yoga class to our schedule! New Tots Yoga Class: Every Tuesday from 3:15pm - 4:00pm. Begins Tuesday October 07th. Our Tots Yoga classes are fun and playful, and techniques learned in class can be applied every day. Caregivers (moms, dads, grandparents, etc) and their toddler will move through yoga animal postures, breathing/stretching with props, movement and stillness as well as relaxation at their own pace throughout the 45 minute class.
The class is led by certified Kids Yoga Instructor, Sacha Bryce.
