As the days heat up and schedules fill up, we encourage you to still make time to find your breath and take care of you. We asked fellow yoga studio owner Christine from 889 Yoga to share a meditation that she uses, and she has provided an absolute beautiful one.
This is a guided meditation you can do on your own, or with your kids. It is designed to create a mindful moment together and to feel in your body that you are peace, that peace is not outside of us, and we can access peace within us in every moment.
It's also a great tool for your children to learn to do when they feel upset or afraid.
Peace and wellness can be starting your morning off with a meditation, drinking lots of water, eating clean, or taking time before bed just to enjoy a nice stretch and let go of the day.
